America became #1 by attracting the world's best minds.

Here's what the hard numbers tell us.

What’s good for Americans?

Lower college tuition

More available seats

More U.S. jobs

How do we get there? By continuing to educate, train, and keep the best and brightest here.

94% of U.S. college students were born right here.

The other 6% pay more than their fair share.

International students are the smallest, most monitored, and most economically productive group of foreigners in the U.S.

They pay full tuition and get zero federal aid.

And they contribute $43 Billion to U.S. communities every year, in every state

355,000 American jobs supported by international students and graduates

That means for every three international students who enroll in college here, one U.S. job is created or supported in sectors that benefit Americans.

1 international student → lower tuition for 2 American students

Every international undergraduate helps fund two American student seats

Every country we compete with is trying to recruit the same students.

China launched its K-Visa in late 2025 specifically to recruit foreign talent. Canada, the U.K., Germany, and Australia have all expanded post-study work programs in the past two years.

If the U.S. weakens OPT and F1 visa programs, we'll be the only major country telling the world's best graduates, "thanks for studying here — now go help our competitors."

Keep America #1.

Welcome and retain international students to help Americans succeed.
